Anne Rice

Anne Rice (1941-2021) was an American author of gothic fiction, best known for her Vampire Chronicles series, beginning with Interview with the Vampire in 1976. Her novels have sold over 150 million copies worldwide and have been adapted into major films and television series. She is widely credited with revitalizing the vampire genre in modern fiction.
