Cormac McCarthy

Cormac McCarthy (1933-2023) was an American novelist and playwright widely regarded as one of the greatest American writers of the twentieth century. His novels include Blood Meridian, No Country for Old Men, and The Road, the latter winning the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 2007. He was a recipient of the National Book Award and a MacArthur Fellowship.
