Richard Thaler

Richard Thaler is an American economist and author. His book Nudge, co-authored with Cass Sunstein, became a bestseller and introduced the concept of libertarian paternalism to a wide audience. He was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 2017 for his contributions to behavioral economics. He is a professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
