Same Beach, Next Year

In South Carolina's Lowcountry, Eliza and Adam Stanley and Eve and Carl Landers meet by chance at the Wild Dunes resort on the Isle of Palms and start a tradition of vacationing together every summer. The trouble is that Adam and Eve share a high-school romance they have kept hidden from their spouses, and the annual trip becomes a yearly brush with what might have been. As the couples return year after year, watching their children grow up, Eliza and Carl strike up a deep friendship of their own that flirts with attraction. Old jealousies, tragedies, and revelations test both marriages over the years until the path forward finally comes clear.
