Trial of the Sun Queen

Lor has survived twelve years as a prisoner of the cruel Aurora King, holding tight to a single hope: escape, and revenge for every cruelty she has endured. When she is unexpectedly freed and handed to the rival Sun King's court, she finds herself one of ten Tributes competing for the title of Sun Queen. The rules are simple and merciless. Win the king's heart and claim her freedom, lose and die, or face return to her old tormentor. The other Tributes resent the outsider and will go to any length to remove her.
